About SciFinder
Scifinder Scholar is a comprehensive database covering chemistry literature back to 1907. It includes journal articles, book chapters, patents, conference proceedings, technical reports, and dissertations.
From the CAS website: "SciFinder® retrieves information contained in databases produced by Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) as well as in the MEDLINE® database of the National Library of Medicine (NLM)."
