This LibGuide is designed to provide information for you to prepare your Ebsco Folders for the May 14 transition to a new version of Ebsco.

Saved Searches Alerts

Search alerts created on the classic user interface will not sync to the new user interface and need to be created on the new user interface. These steps provide an easy workflow to convert your search alerts on the classic interface, to a saved search. Your saved search can be converted to an alert on the new user interface, once saved searches are synced on May 14 on the new EBSCO user interfaces.

Create and Manage Publication Alerts on the New EBSCO Interfaces

Journal/publication alerts will not be migrated. These will need to be created on the new userinterface. Alerts created in classic will continue to run until the legacy alert system is deprecated.It is recommended to create the search alert on the new user interface and delete the alert onthe classic user interface to avoid duplication.
