Affordable Learning Options at Muskingum: Library Resources

Information and guidelines on how to save you students money on course materials such as textbooks and equipment.

How can the library help?

The Muskingum University Library offers two primary ways to help students save on course materials costs.

  1. Instructors can place items on reserve at the library for students to check out when needed. This can include materials photocopied under University copyright guidelines. See more about library reserves.
  2. The library subscribes to thousands of electronic journals and books. These items can be accessed from the library or via a link in Blackboard. Instructors may choose to construct their own 'textbooks' using scholarly articles, or may wish to use an e-book that we already license. See more about identifying useful library resources.
